I worked with and for Damon Lange. I learned so much from him as an audio engineer, a businessman and a manager. He's probably the best audio engineer I know. If I ever have any arcane tech questions he's the first guy I email. His PA's sound great, he knows how to manage people and always delivers. I consider him my audio guru and I can't recommend him enough.
